| PT's & Momma's a NATURAL evolution about to EXPLODE |
|
Clearly the fastest and greatest new market for Personal Trainers and Gymnasiums is the Momma’s revolution invented and perfected by the INBA. A masterstroke by INBA World Vice President Wayne McDonald to identify the area which has been ignored for too long has turned into a potential goldmine for the health and fitness industry. Breathing new life into the PT ranks is a bonus and based on the figures below, there is now a massive growth area as Momma’s recovery from the foibles of their pregnancies and get back into shape and onto an INBA stage so their family and friends can celebrate with them.
As the central figure in the modern family, the Mother acts as a role model and the equation that Wayne McDonald put to the INBA Executive Council was, “If the mother eats well, exercises regularly and is healthy, then that might flow on to her family”, this of course is the primary result the INBA is looking for as its charter is to improve the health and fitness of all Australians and to provide a level playing field.
Australia has been ranked as the 10th best country to be a mother in a new report by charity Save The Children.
Researchers assessed the health, educational, economic and political conditions for mothers and children in 176 countries as part of the Australian charity's annual State of the World's Mothers report.
Finland coming in first place. Australia is the only non-European country listed in the top 10. The United Kingdom is 23rd and the United States is 30th. The Democratic Republic of Congo came in last.
"Each year, three million newborns die," the report said. One of its key recommendations is to target the underlying causes of newborn deaths, especially gender inequality. "When mothers are strong and stable - physically, financially and socially - their children are more likely to survive and thrive," the report said. "Educated girls tend to marry later and begin childbearing later in life, when their bodies are more fully developed. "They are also more likely to make healthy choices for themselves and their babies."
