Membership Form

If your health requires you to use a banned substance you will need to complete a Therapeutic Use Exception (TUE) Form and/or obtain approval from the Australian Sports Drugs Medical Advisory Committee prior to competing with the INBA. The appropriate TUE form, is available on our Drug Testing page, go to the Therapeutic Use section. Download the appropriate TUE form required for the substance you need.

You must be a Member to compete in INBA Events. You can either Join On-line or Download the forms you need.

• Join between January 1 and May 31 your membership is renewable on December 31.
• Join between June 1 and December 31 your membership is renewable on June 30 the following year.
