To all at INBA, I wanted to let you know that I had a fantastic time competiting at your show on Sept 19 in Brisbane. Competing in novice figure for the first time was daunting, to say the least, but I was made at ease with the amazing staff and friendly faces I encountered on the day. So after all the nerves and excitment I had an awesome day and I took home third place to boot!!

Thanks again, and will be back Bigger and Better next time.

Wayne – What an awesome day at the Victorian Titles on Saturday!!!! I had so much fun and met such wonderful, inspiring and encouraging people on the day. I would love to thank all those involved with the organization of the day especially your back stage helpers – they were a blast and what makes all the hard work seem worth it. I came second in my category which I was totally stoked about. I also go the best posing routine which I was even more chuffed about. I would love to compete on Saturday again at the Australian Titles and catch up with all the people I met – I know I won’t place but wanna see everyone again and make sure I thank them for such a positive experience.

Hi INBA,

Could I just start by saying “thanks very much for a great competition”, It was my first time in a comp (Melbourne Masters category) and had an absolute ball!!

I spoke with Tony Lanciano because I was interested in finding out if it was possible to get a copy of my judging sheet. I would like to do another comp but would like to know what areas I need to improve on.

Once again thanks for making me feel very welcome and I appreciate the efforts you guys must go to, to make these events run smoothly.

Hi Adam, The scoresheet only tells us where you placed in comparison to the other physiques on the stage with you. Judges do not provide information on where you need to improve. The contest DVD will provide your best feedback - you will see what the judges saw. Faults and areas to improve (posing/stage presentation) are reasonably obvious when you review yourself from a contest. Also come along to our free posing classes run in most States leading up to contests. You will be able to have your physique and posing critiqued by an INBA judge.

WOW!!! will the winning feeling ever leave my system........Hope not!!! Just wanted to drop you a line to say I thought the show was awesome and of course taking home a winner’s trophy was an added bonus!!

I'm totally overwhelmed by the whole experience. INBA is definately the place I want to be!!

Its so great to be surrounded by people that have worked so hard and sacrificed a lot of social activities and at times even suffered to be part of Melbournes BIGGEST show ever!!!! Everyone looked so amazing and the whole organisation did a great job in putting the event together. I wish the INBA even greater success for future shows!

I encourage anyone to take up the challenge of competing in this wonderful sport, it IS a 'life changing experience' one that I will hold close to my heart with immense pride. The day is amazing, its like a wedding day with muscles!!!! So much preparation for that one special day!!!

I'll be back for more, you can count on it!!!

I had an absolute ball being my first comp and winning Melbourne Sports Model division really made things that much better ! What a GREAT day!

Hi Victoria, INBA love having competitors involved in our shows. Just email your State President (see Contact Us) and ask how you can be involved and help. While Judging is an obvious role, we need many others to organise trophies/presentation, help set-up and pack down the event or provide a hand backstage during the show.
